Diabetic Glucose

What happens when a non-diabetic takes glucose tablets?
I know that it is a simple carb, almost like refined sugar and excess gets stored as fat….But if a non-diabetic doesn’t eat and they have symptoms of low blood sugar, what happens when they take a glucose tablet?
A non-diabetic would normally have their liver release glucose to normalize their blood sugars. Everyone has that feeling sometimes; you’re at the mall or the beach all day and you don’t eat, but if you rest for a few minutes you get your second wind and you can get up and go again. That’s your blood sugar being raised by your liver.
If you were to eat glucose tablets, it would be like eating candy. Your body would treat it the same way it treats an influx of simple sugar. It won’t give you high blood sugar (if that’s what you’re asking) because in a non-diabetic, the pancreas can crank out insulin enough to cover it.
