Diabetic Test

am i diabetic from the following test results?
If my numbers for the Insulin Serum test is 21.8, and hemoglobin a1c is 6.6 could this mean I am prediabetic or is this normal results?
The numbers don’t sound too bad. It seems that a lot of doctors want to diagnose people with diabetes. Just keep and eye on it and ask your doctor.
