My Sony Ericsson has ‘frozen’?

I can’t get my mobile phone to ‘open’. The screen and keypad are backlit, but I can’t get anything to work. I have tried restarting it -and the closed digi display tells me to insert pin, but when I open phone to do so, the screen is grey/blue, and I can’t do anything, can anyone help?
I can now make a call, receive a call, etc, but the screen is still blank, although the cover is giving me the ‘messages’ symbol, I cant get anything on the screen when I open the cover.

take the battery out for a few minutes…then try again.

If the screen is blank (white). Then I think you need to get the software flashed…meaning reinstalled. If the phone is still new, under 12 months (pay as you go) or on contract then Im sure you can go to a local store…eg. If its under T-Mobile then go to a T-Mobile store they’ll do it for free. etc..vodafone..orange…

However if its older or has expired from its current contract then I think you will have to pay for it…but still worth a try to get it checked to see if its under warrantee.

I remember this happening a few month ago with one of my mates…he got it done for free! The cause was because he put a memory card that had some dodge files. Basically just go to store of your network provider. And hopefully they will sort you out…One more thing when they flash your phone every thing is deleted.
