whats the best digital hearing aid out there?? I prefer BTE model.?

I currently use Triano and I learned that siemens has come up with the latest new digital hearing aid. Whats the scoop? Is it any better than Triano??

I assume you’re referring to the new Siemens Centra. Here are its features:

It has considerably more technology than the Triano, but my advice would be to stick with what you’ve got as long as you’re happy with it. These things are expensive, and like any technology, the latest and greatest commands a premium, and should only be considered by those for whom cost is not a consideration.

If you’re not satisfied with your current setup, see if your local shop will give you a “test drive” with one of these new systems. Also, there may be considerable trade-in or resale value on your Triano – worth checking into, anyway.
