Dress Style Over

I’m looking for a emo style cardigan to wear over a dress?
I have a prom coming up and there’s a Halloween theme (Weird right?), so I’m wearing this emo style dress to it, but I’m really self conscious about my arms so I want to find a jacket or something to wear with it. Long sleeved maybe? Does anyone know of any places online that sell them?! I can’t find one anywhere that matches!!!
