Yes it is. 
And is one of the best. Advice? Waste of $ 15 and get your name on it. You'd be surprised to see how quickly stethos were missing and saying good "This is my stethoscope. You have my name on it." Ahh, now I'm nostalgic and happy when I think about buying my first stethoscope!
