Where can I get earphones with microphones mounted on the from of each er piece?

I want a a pair like I purchased from Radio Shack about 30years ago. There was a perforated nipple/nubbin about the size of the tip of a finger on the front of each ear peice. The incoming adjustable sounds helped the wearer of the partially deaf earphone wearer.The microphones were not so the wearer coul talk to ohers. Where can I buy them?
