I have reoccurring sinus and ear infection now with bronchitis?

Every since i’ve moved into my home, I’ve had sinus/allery problems. I’ve been on about 7-8 antibiotics in the past year and start to feel better after a couple of days but once the antibiotics are gone, i’m sick again, with dizziness ringing in my ears. I also have heart palputation(irregular heartbeat) which stop while i’m on an antibiotic, and returns once i’m off.
I have had problems with mold in my home, but whenever I find some I spray it with bleach. My children and husband have also been more sick then ever, and I just this morning lost my bird, which has been sick for A while now with upper respiratory infection. I’m lost and don’t know what to do anymore. My Doctor said it’s something in my home and If I can’t find it I need to move, or continue being sick. We just bought our house 1 1/2 years ago, I can’t work cause i’m sick all the time and can’t move cause we can’t afford it. If anyone has any suggetions or information please contact me.
