Energizer muscle?

Well … Im trying to gain muscle, and I go to a weight class hours .. I come from the entire class, but my muscles beginning to show in the first 30 minutes. I heard about this kind of things you can take before weight and opens the veins and makes you want to continue doing weight … DONT and your muscles get tired? but you're still effective? idk exactly what it is and wondering if anyone knows what I mean and where I can buy .. and how dangerous it is? Im assuming this is a guy .. Steroids but its sale in shops, so can not be that bad. Thanks!

Creatine, and you should be able to buy in a store Local health. Its only dangerous if taken too much off, and be sure to drink water while at work, or you may be dehydrated – because water helps to gain muscle. It really helps you work better without side effects.
