Need help Malem Enuresis Alarm side of the bed?

My 7yr daughter has been given to these alarms by our specialist, on Thursday, as yet not dry at night. We are having problems with this device as it continues to go off without my daughter's urine (15 times the night before in the space of two hours). She tried to contact the specialist to ask if this is normal (just to get your voice mail saying he's on vacation for the next two weeks)! I wonder if anyone has used a range of these alarms? How is it used? And is basically any other advice I can give. Any advice on this machine would be greatly appreciated. IMMEDIATELY stop using the alarm and wait until that its "specialist" returns before reuse. I have no idea what is wrong with the alarm, but disturbing (and boys) sleep is more harmful (Emotionally and physically) than a wet bed. You can contact the company that produced the alarm.
