Sore feet/Arch – shoe insoles help?
I usually wear gym shoes or cowboy boots. Lately my feet especially the arch are sore. I have bought a pair of 7.00 dr sholls insoles but they felt good for a few days and then they were no help. Any suggestions on what Insoles I should get that will last and really feel comfortable?
Sounds like my situation- It could be plantar fasciaitis
get real orthotics from a podiatrist. it could lead to worse problems
