Help finding a pair of rain boots I saw someone wearing. Not shiny, dark blue, Insulated with fleece lining.?

These rain boots were navy blue, not shiny at all, matte maybe. Both pairs had what looked like fleece lining folded over the top of the boot. One pair had blue lining, the other pair had pink. I want these boots, but have no idea how to find them!
Thanks, but those weren’t them. The ones I saw were ever less shiny than the AE boots, they were dull. And the lining was fleece, not ribbed cotton.
They weren’t any familiar brand, I didn’t recognize the label on them. I should have written down the name, but I didn’t.
