I’m not sure whats going on with your ear, it’s most likely swelling. To help reduce the pain and some of the swelling, take a bowl or a cup, and mix 8oz of hot/warm water, with 1/4tsp of SEA SALT. not table salt. Stick your ear in it for 10-12 minutes and let it soak. Do this at least once tonight, and once before you go to the doctor tomorrow.

This wont irritate your ear. Put some vasaline or neosporin on it also to keep it moist, this will also help with the pain.
