Folding Medical

Folding Medical
I went to the hospital for a visit from a combination of delivery, I'm very scared of giving birth?

Today I went on a tour of the combination delivery at the hospital where I'm going to have my baby, the midwife was very good, but just see all these beds, and how the ends can break, and put the stirrups and baby bed that folds into the wall snacks, the child needs medical attention. I also heard someone shouting that he was working, now I'm very scared you feel that after your visit?

I gave birth last year and it really helped me not be afraid is to know what to expect. This helps them feel responsible and not a victim or a patient. After all, childbirth is a natural process, not a disease, but we need a little help (and pain) to offer sometimes. I recommend reading a little more about labor so you can feel in control when the time comes and not panic. Being quiet is best for you and your baby. A good book is the Yehudi Gordon birth and beyond – also has lots of useful things about the first months with baby. The site also has information NCT useful, and have a free DVD on the increase if you register. You can also make a birth plan – essentially a list of what you do and do not want that for different stages of labor and pain relief you want (have various disadvantages) of having a first, second, third, etc. I also considered desirable remember that the pain is there for a reason – he is saying what to do at work, and you can control the pain, knowing end well. So I do not think that just because there are beds and stands to be this way – the better (faster) way to work sunrise (although I find it more comfortable knees) but basically anything you can use gravity to help push baby (and earlier in the process, helping to push the baby's head on the neck and let that dilate), so that the lie is preferable to avoid as much as possible. And try to avoid the waste howling like the energy it needs to push the baby – better try to do a lot of moans (mooing sounds can work well, so they told me :-) Anyway, good luck.
