Pins and needles left leg and foot 34 weeks pregnant twins?

I have woken this morning to terrible pins and needles in my left leg and foot. Is this normal? should I be worried? My blood pressure has also been slightly raised on and off over the last week.

It could be either your sciatic nerve that the bubs are pressing on, another nerve or the way you have slept. If it keeps up and you are worried i would mention it to your doctor. good luck
