Forearm Crutches

Could I use crutches for my weak legs n feet? The doctors are still trying to find out what is wrong with ne?
they’re always stiff and painful.its even sometimes hard to walk, diabetes has been ruled out along with RA.im a very active person, and not being able 2 get around easily is hard for me.would using forearm crutches help me? or make matters worst
You could use them but use them moderately. Also use them alongside physical therapy that’s designed to build up weak areas of your body, so that your legs and feet don’t atrophy. The worse thing that you can do is take the work away completely, as your legs and feet will just get worse. Ask the doctor to refer you for some PT to build up strength and only use the crutches when absolutely necesary.
Good luck!
