have been diagnosed with diabetes type two and I'm having problems with my machine monitoring system?

FreeStyle Lite gives me freedom and it worked for a while, but now when I put a test strip in it there is no sign of life, press the two buttons on the front of the same TM leads to life, but only for show the ultimate test of memory How I can reset this unit or is it broken?

Hi Looks like you need to report it to the store where you are! I have the same machine, my first sfter went wrong two weeks back I replaced! Silly question to put the sticks on the right track? Just check and make sure before returning! But I would like to return to where you got it if it is so bad! you get a replacement!
