Heel Pain when i run?

I have this heel pain whenever i run or jog and sometimes even walk. I play football and i get it when i play. It’s like a pain in the bottom of my heel. I also got gel pads for my cleats and it hardly helped. If there is anyone who has had a similar problem or knows about it please help!! it is really getting me frustrated.

You probably have heal spurs. The Plantar Faciitis muscle runs across the bottom of the heel and because of overuse and rubbing on the heel bone a calcium deposit forms which is called a heel spur. The muscle rubbing across this is causing the pain.You might need to see a Podiatrist. This is something that once you have will be a life long problem especially if you continue heavily on the sports. Read up on line if you don’t want to see the doc.
