How to do a Mute Grab on my skis?

Ok I can do a Safety Grab or whatever it is called and I think I can jump quite well, but not from Big Air. So my question is what is the secret to this trick :] (It’s gonna be really helpful if you explain all necessary steps and practice movements of this trick, so I’m sure I’ll do it without mistakes)
