I have been diagnosed by a physician with tendonitis have a few weeks ago. He advised rest, ice, compression, elevation and gave me a prescription for anti-inflammatory/pain. It started in my elbow, but now my shoulder so badly. I find it almost every night I wake up with numbness, tingling and extreme pressure in my arms, hands and fingers at times focuses on the hand and fingers. My elbow feels as often as the need to gnaw. Pain is worse at night and not relieved by extending and increasing my arm as before. This is not caused by athletics. My current job is very physically demanding my boss Tho denies it, to find a new job is not an option. I have a bandage for support, growth is less efficient. It is in my right hand dominant. If I go for a second opinion Dr. what I suggest to explore? Are there any exercises to relieve this?
