Head Lavender Nursing

11 weeks pregnant. Can’t sleep any suggestion?
Okay I know being pregnant affects your sleep but I don’t remember walking around for weeks on just 2 hours of sleep a night. I am so tired I can’t think straight and my head hurts. I can sit at work and while I am trying to get things done I am nodding off. I can go home and sit on the couch for 5 minutes and be dozing. But the minute I hit my bed I can’t sleep. I spend the entire night tossing and turning or being to hot or to cold. I can’t seem to get comfortable and when I do finally fall asleep it’s not soundly and lasts for about 2 hours. I have tried sleeping with a pillow, curling up next to my hubby, warm milk, lavender lotions and nothing is working. The doctors nurse said Tylenol PM was safe but Tylenol products don’t work on me. I might as well eat a piece of candy. I use to have insomnia really bad with my menstrual cycle every month and I used Melatonin to help me sleep. But everything I have read said you can’t take that while pregnant.
Try a little benadryl.
