Can you still have mono without all of the symptoms?
I have the throat pain, along with the cough.
I used to have the tiredness, but now that I am really sick, I cant sleep because of the throat and nose.
And my head hurts from time to time,
but i dont have stomach pain.
And my nurse said that on the test strip, she could see the second red line..
Does that mean that I have mono ?

To answer your first question, you can have anything and have no symptoms at all.
Yes yo ucan have mono and have mild symptoms (like a mild cold).
the only way to know for sure what you have is to go to the dr and get a blood test.
