Can hearing aid batteries be substituted for the ones used in wristwatches?

Duracell indicates these are 1.4V. The 675 is 5.4 thick x 11.6 mm diam The 312 is 3.6 thick x 7.9 mm. The 13 is 5.4 x 7.9 . The 10 is 3.6 x 5.8 .
