Experiments on 400 meters?

I just wanted to know everyone's experience at its best or worst 400 yards, a little history or add something you felt about this and any other things that you think is important (My experience is that I felt my heart can go in my throat I felt that I was going to die when I step on the road or something. I said to myself why am I so nervous? Nothing to worry, boys seem harsh, but I just want to have a better time. * * Dig to give in and do 4 people in front of me I wanted to do was like 77 seconds (the time suck.) Well, this was not an open 400, but I like a 4×4 anyway haha but it was our last game of the season and were unbeaten so far this was a big meeting. Thus, the 4×4 and I came third stage and as always I was super nervous and agitated and could not wait to get the club and my team is below 100 last year, were in the second and forth a bit, but I was determined to save as I am a witness I take, I have not come to the leader the last corner, but when I got I could hear all my friends support me and I came out of nowhere to leave 1-2 seconds. "It was amazing and getting better my 400, but unfortunately did not win, our last step could not hold the lead but still finished second in less than half a second and still unbeaten when it cools. I do not think I'm going to forget this race was amazing:)
