How I can determine the intensity of exercise on the basis of my Heart Rate Monitor?

When I ride a bike or use my elliptical treatment 75% of my maximum heart rate recorded by the heart rate monitor. Is this considered a moderate or intense exercise? Should I look for 100% of my frequency maximum heart rate during aerobic exercise that is intense?

Maximum heart rate = 220 – (your age), most exercise is recommended at 60-80% of your maximum heart rate. If 75% is moderately high. not want to work outside of your maximum heart rate, which can overload the heart problems and the cause.
