Heart Rate
What is the difference between heart rate of athletes and non-athletes?

I have studied about heart rate in biology. My task-What is the difference between heart rate of athletes and non-athletes?
I have to make report. But i have no idea about discussion and conclusion so please help me.

Well-conditioned athletes will have a lower heart rate because their heart becomes stronger with more exercise. It becomes more thicker and stronger and is able to pump out more blood with each beat (increased cardiac output).

It sounds like you’re writing a lab paper. You probably need resources. Look up an article from a scholarly site such as AcademicSearchPremier or EbscoHost if your school subscribes to it. Popular internet is fine if your teacher allows it. What you need to do is support and explain your answer in dicussion; use articles and quotes as part of the support. The conclusion is a summary of the main idea and reinstating the important points.

Good luck!
