I had an ankle injury, should I get a brace?

I sprained it 9 weeks ago, and it improved very slowly. It still hurts occasionally, but I can walk and run fine most of the time. I’m 16 and I don’t want this to happen again, so are there any braces or supports I can wear while running, and while wrestling?
