What is the best kind of ankle brace?

I am a basketball player and have noticed my ankles have been rolling over a lot. What are the best kind of ankle braces that will prevent injury but will not get my ankles to depend on them to much?

A highly recommended one is McDavid Ultralight Ankle Brace. I bought mine at Walgreen.com GNC.com has them too. I researched it quite a bit and found nothing but good reviews on it. Some Walgreen stores have them. The site would tell you which ones in your area have them. Those sites didn’t say what size fits what shoe size though. I went to McDavid’s site to find that. I still have my package that says the sizes too, if you can’t find it and need to know.
