Insert Insole Orthotics

Custom orthotics for plantar fasciitis?
I have custom orthotic inserts for plantar fasciitis. Am I suppose to take out the insoles that are already in my shoes or leave them in and put the custom orthotics over top of them?
I have custom orthotics for plantar faciitis as well and if its custom and were molded for your feet like mine you want to take the shoe lining out. Mine contain a hard shell to provide an arch and there is a foam cushion attached to it. They make a world of difference, enjoy!
