Can you tell what kind of feet problem you may have by the wear of your insoles?

I have always had knee problems and I recently noticed that I have an abnormal wear on my insoles and was wondering if the two have something in common. The wear is in the front insides part of the insoles, and that my feet seem to stay to the inside, not balancing throughtout the shoe. The heel is almost untouched along with the outer part of my feet. What could this mean?
