foot pain pregnancy posts?

I crushed my heel bone car accident ten years ago. She recovered and was fine until I got pregnant, I gained weight I felt like I rebroke. Gained 80 pounds in my pregnancy, so I thought once I had lost my son and weight that the pain goes away. Not at all. My son is 10 weeks and I lost 45 pounds so far. My feet hurt so bad all the time! My heel bone is really painful to the point that way avoid pressure on the fun himself. But that's not all, my feet hurt so bad in the morning when I leave my bed, can barely walk and needed a good thirty minutes in the feet to be able to walk a bit normal. Please help? How to deal with foot pain before and after pregnancy. Any suggestions, besides of soles that do nothing for me.

I had broken bones before, and when I wrapped the pain easier if I could work. I walk with a Cain now, it really helps. but a good thick socks and an envelope used to do the trick and makes the pain "disappear." I have also used to soak the feet in Epsom salts and hot water, do not know, but have you ever heard of a bone "exciting"? or "heel spurs"? sounds very simulate a penny, and I'm sorry that's all I can offer, but see a doctor as soon as possible … lol …
