Jumpers Knee Patellar

It is a question for all runners out there …?
Hello, I have a problem, I had a patellar tendinitis or "jumpers knee" does one year. and I went to physio for about 3 months and then stops and turns off. then went for about two months now and I ran and now it hurts again. I'm so bored and I want whether there is any way to run or I can do some exercises that I can run long distances quickly without injury. I'm also in the navy and stopped my BMQ training is not exactly an option. And I do fencing Competatively but that does not hurt my knee. Thanks!
I have patellar tendinitis and when I close is when it hurts, it's like the opposite of you … hahah to reduce pain with a knee brace when you are not physically active. None of these things Sissy slip on canvas, but with a corset as a soft plastic piece that separates the type of knee joint. I propose a Chopat.
