Ive been haveing patellar tendinitis in his right knee for 1 year and four months. do not know what to do.
I have patellar tendinitis in his right knee One year and four months (something )…. I am really depressed at times knowing that I can not play football as much as I want. Before my injury, I was in the football and use to play my local park with friends …. eveyday Also running 4 or 5 once a week to get there faster and stay shape.I had an MRI appointment was a lot and told me I would be absent for a long time (this was during the winter of 07 )…. Currently appears in the IAM physical therphy 2 or 3 times a week and improved … but nothing serious. My problem is that you can start playing, but when I do, the next day I feel the pain and then get angry because I've played. I take football seriously and we want to do something with her in my life as a career .. and want to return to 100 percent, but therphy qucikly not seem to work as I want, is takeing a very very long time. Can anyone give me advice. thx you
best of knee tendinitis is the ice is good and stay on your feet as much as possible. I had a really bad tendinitis way to school and that's what worked for me. I have not run for two years. I can run, but I just step and do the treadmill, nothing competitive. The tail extract horse is a very good herb that helps heal tendons and has worked better for me. Do not be disappointed in the football career. All setbacks, still thanking can walk.
