Tips knee injury? How long should support the knee last?
I had an injury on January 7 year last year .. The sports doc said it was a lateral meniscus tear .. I asked a surgeon who recommended regular knee and said it was probably a strain .. I have carried the knee when I been supporting year .. Should there be a time when you should not use at all? my knee will probably be lower today wearing a brace? strengthin tips? I've hurt the other knee now and I do not want to skate two Gimpy knees ..
Take it from someone who had a tear in the ACL and lateral meniscus tear, and now arthritis in the knee (when the lateral meniscus) was next. Always wear your support throughout the year. Always. No knees weak, as it has little of it and reduces the risk of further injury. If you injure the knee again, you will have problems. important issue – make a knee multimedia support you bought in a store or something it has been prescribed by your doctor or physical therapist? If it's someone who just picked up, you can make your port knee injury. The important thing is to have muscles around the knee strong as possible. For example the abs, butt, quads, inner thighs, hamstrings, etc. The stronger these muscles, more sustained and stable your knee is. That would have the knee examined by a physician of the knee from time to time … be on the safe side. Knees are very fragile times wounded. When I tore my meniscus, the doctors thought it was just a strain at first too. I returned to my normal football activities, play, run, etc. My knee started hurting again, I had an MRI showed a tear and all this activity on my knee badly damaged. Now I have severe arthritis because of it. Be careful of your knee. You do not want arthritis early in life. That was a year ago at the age of 20 years, and I can not run, jump, ski, skating, or playing a sport, but swimming and walking. Please take better care of the knee as possible.
