Left Wrist

I have a lump in my left wrist on the left side just below my hand?
Do not interfere with it or anything else, just out from scratch. I have a bit of numbness and tingling in the hand and a little pain in the wrist, as in veins. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
You probably have a ganglion. No problem, most disappear by themselves sometimes back.
