my lower leg and shin hurts after running.?

it is only on one leg, and i dont think it is shin splits. it is the inside of my left leg and right there i have a bulging vein too that you can feel like a line. i am only 17, does it have to do with the vein or is it shin splits? it even hurts after i stopped running and walked. i have had this problem for about a week but before this i never noticed any pain here on this vein. although i have had shin splits before. could i get shin splits on only one leg?

they are all correct its a shin splint.

i have had them before. there is nothing you can do. you have to stop running until the pain is gone. shin splints occur when you start running after a long period of not running. when it heals make sure you start off with some easy runs and build up to more strenuous workouts.
