Light Therapy

What is the problem with light therapy to reduce depression? Is it really? What does the research?
I state in light therapy – is generally used for SAD – seasonally adjusted Depression – that's the sadness of the coming winter have very little light during the day and spend most cover part of the day and not exposed to real light. Sunlight has been shown that is necessary for our mental and physical health. Light therapy uses light to spectrum to replace completely the sun go down before returning home from work. If your problem is "winter blues", then yes, light therapy work.
