The city stroller should I buy?

I want to get one of the strollers Jogger City, but I can not decide what to get. I can not find comments on them. I live a typical life of the city – I live in an apartment in Prague and public transport all the time because we have no car. Some streets are cobbled and narrow. Need a lightweight stroller that can handle all this area. Winters are snowy and Icey, so I need a car that does not fall or get stuck. I fear that the wheels of the mini city are too small. Can anyone help me decide? I am a mother first and not have hands on experience with strollers. PS I am a fast walker and this is why I am attracted by corridors. Thanks!
