What I can buy to protect your lower back while surfing in the ocean?

I need to surf and I worried that they might fall on the lower back. Where I can buy accessories for surfing? I need something that really protects the back so you can wear under the suit, or if I can buy a wetsuit that can really regain the support if I fall? Please help
