Pregnancy lumbar spinal fusion and information please?

I had a lumbar spinal fusion L4 L5 region in September 2004 and I'm two years after the operation. I have two rods and four screws me over. I'm almost 28 and my husband and I want to have a baby. any information or suggestions, personal experiences. I am looking for ways to relieve pressure and pain without too many drugs. I would consider holistic approaches, because they are safer for the baby. Almost I have always sore lower back, the children, however, I can not imagine not having. I heard a kind of clamp that holds your stomach, but I can not find information on it. Also looking for an exercise or stretching information. I also welcome questions about my fusion of people are questioning the procedure and recovery.
