will this knee brace help my knee
it’s a muller elastic knee stabilizer with steel supports
my knee hurts when i go up steps and gives when walking for long distances
i am a 12 year old male
with steel spring supports
The cartilage in my knee is wearing down and they just gave me the $15 knee brace you can usually find at target. I wear it when I need it and it really does help my knee. They also told me to strengthen my knee by doing low impact sports like swimming.
If it doesn’t help you, you should go back to your doctor or at least tell them.
