Are there term serious consequences over smoking cannabis (marijuana) to day?

I smoke about 0.1 to 0.3 grams of cannabis before going to bed every day. I've been doing for about four months, I noticed no change in my bad grades (in fact, that improved because clears my mind and put me to sleep at night). Neither I noticed a change in my endurance for long periods away and sprints.

OK man, let me break it down for you. I have done much research medical marijuana and the endocannabinoid system in the body of each animal. Cannabis does not kill brain cells. No long-term effects. Some of the effects short term if abused. There is no evidence that causes lung cancer. It helps regulate the body while working with the endocannabinoid system. At school I was tall for my SAT and I have a 1210 (old system). I was happy with that. I smoked for 8 years and I can easily say that I am much more intelligent and aware, so when I did not. Whatever eliminates the repetition of thoughts, anxiety, quality REM cycles allows non-REM sleep, eliminates pain, relieves pain and nausea, can calm the mind, can serve as anti-depressants, and virtually no toxicity, and this aspect is safer than aspirin is what I would call herbal medicine. Our species has used cannabis 7000 years, a plant for medicinal purposes. It is so corrupt how marijuana became illegal, and I think that is the real crime. Controlled, taxed and regulated solve many financial institutions, family, criminal, judicial, police, political and race issues are more of a hindrance for the plant itself must find the man. I used to run 5-6 miles a day 4-5x a week and never had a problem.
