What should I buy for my baby, please help??

I just had my shower, but we still have some things. We have a crib mattress, sheets, bibs, socks, a pile of clothes, blankets, rattles, stroller seat swing, monitor, bathtub, Diaper Genie, and a gorilla. Still we have to get bottles, detergent, diapers, wipes n Pack, a set diaper bag, stuff health care, bath and other things probably more. My question is what do you suggest I get, as in other brands. As with bath commands, doing exactly what I need? And all I need to arrive before the birth of the baby if Please help! Thanks!
