Does anyone have advice for caregivers ASD / Mama struggling to get help with the authorities in Norfolk? UK?

Hello, I am struggling to get help for my disabled child (recorded at the highest care and mobility), but refuses to talk to me GP because he is now 17 years, despite letters of authorization. He needs medical consultation in support of their joints, but I'm being mucked around serv the NHS and Soc (do not have a social worker) and there seems no charities in this field that can help. My child needs an electric wheelchair and suffers daily joint disorders (which is a condition Call WET – includes severe dyspraxia ASD) and very vulnerable to a fall that left him hospitalized. Ive tried Nat autism society, Asperger Norfolk and several groups caregivers, but no one can help. Variety Club denied funding in a wheelchair because it is too specialized to make a request, but Whizzkids need help now. Advice? Nessie (Is there a group in Norfolk? You really need help!)
