Regulation car accident how to wait?
I was involved in a car accident a year ago. My damage my car was $ 13,000. My medical bills were $ 8,000. The lady was driving 50 mph when it ended when the back-me I waited for the green light. She takes full responsibility. I have a lawyer. I suffered broken ribs and cracked due to pressure belt, muscle spasms and soft tissue in the back. I also lost $ 7,100 of wages because of working time. Attended physical therapy for 6 weeks. Any idea what should I do after I paid my medical bills clear and pay my lawyer?
Also variables to give a precise answer. These include the state where you are, the amount of its policy, the duration of their disability, County to complain in. .. Since you are a lawyer (which is probably one third of its recovery) why not ask?
