Is it true that we do with English as medium of instruction in the world?
There is a bill about to be adopted here in the Philippines that will make English as medium of instruction. Is it fair or not? I just want to know your opinion. Thanks!
English is the language of world affairs, and has been for some time. If you want to participate, you must learn the language. I agree with this bill. Your country will be able to compete in the world market.
