Relief too much of a chair in my office?

I have a sort of frame of the chair in my office and I use … but it is too big, too far from the backsupport President (especially the seat), so I can not lean back comfortably in his chair, even with mesh lumbar support I below. So my statement is not supported by the president, and you can not support your back and I am forced to sit upright in the seat. Does anyone know any methods and tools to relieve me and solve this problem so you can get the support correct posture when sitting in my chair? Thank you.
