Get the hospital board to replace the director of the hospital?
The Board has no idea how he died rather than inside. the board of hospital is just beginning his version of events. rules through intimidation and lack of logic. Good people can not take and leave. good people are (is a nice place to live) do not dare to say one thing fear of being fired. It is the most hated man in this small rural hospital. He was short of a hospital for similar complaints. he pulled a kitchen worker deaf not to hear his request for coffee. He took a 30-year nurse at the hospital two days before Christmas. he received several million dollars to rebuild the hospital paid. effective use of funds would be interesting to see. his wife was an interior designer. Six years a director and that black figures are projected. I think the pressure to fulfill its promise of micro-management within the building.
If you can get your local newspaper concerned, may be enough public curiosity / outrage that the Council consider further. If the problems (in particular the misuse or misappropriation funds) can be supported by an audit, this guy has disappeared and could face criminal charges. To protect your job, you can collect as much information (Legal) that can, and then try to find a good reporter who agree to maintain your anonymity as the source. This seems somewhat similar to the problems here in Delaware regarding State Psychiatric Hospital, and the newspaper got involved and made excavations. Now the federal government study whether the state government has been dragging his feet. Good luck.
