Navy medical waivers for orthoscopic shoulder surgery?

I am looking to join the army and become a seal. This was a dream mine for over 8 years. I underwent shoulder surgery last December. I fully recovered, with the ability to swim more than 15,000 meters a week, rock climbing (lock) to triathlons, weightlifting, cycling, and everything else. So has passed the qualification test program before the OS. I have full mobility and strength. I have been authorized by my orthopedic more than four months ago. Before unfettered freedom for seven months. I have always afraid that my medical waiver not be approved. Is there anyone who has knowledge of this? I want to know one way or another. I have all the medical literature and has been submitted. Is there anyone who can give me advice?
