"I can use one of these power converters that plug into the car to recharge the battery on my scooter?

The scooter has two (2) batteries 12V/12Ah and I usually connect the charger to the bike and into a three pins at home. Am I able to connect securely into a converter in my car when not in use to maintain the battery charged and ready?
